New Delhi: The movie based on his life, UT69, has been confirmed by Raj Kundra, husband of Shilpa Shetty. The official release date is set for November 3 of this year.
Raj Kundra’s pornography-related arrest made news in 2021. Since his apparent connection to this crime, he has avoided the spotlight.
Now he’s creating a movie about the whole thing, including the uproar. Raj has now made the idea public by uploading a video in which Farah Khan and Munawar Faruqui were seen.
The film’s creators are finishing up telling the tale of Raj’s harrowing and transformative experiences when he was imprisoned in India’s Arthur Road Jail for his suspected role in the pornographic material controversy.

On October 9, Raj Kundra announced publicly that a biopic has been created on his life. The movie about their lives is called UT 69. He made a humorous video to announce on Instagram.

The video is styled as a news conference. Farah’s displeasure is shown when she is asked by a reporter to explain the motivation for her film. Munawar jokes that he does it for financial gain.
To further emphasise that she did not direct the film, Farah claims she called a press conference. “I’ve nothing to do with it”, she said.
Next, the reporter wants to know who directed the movie. Raj Kundra responds that he has made it and that he will also have a role in the film.
