New Delhi: Leaving the fans excited and enthralled, ace Bollywood-directed Nitesh Tiwari has finally commenced the shoot of his upcoming ambitious project Ramayana in April 2024.
Expected to hit the theaters on Diwali 2025, the highly anticipated movie will see Ranbir Kapoor portraying the character of Lord Rama with several other iconic actors from the Indian film industry gracing the screen as other important characters from the Hindu epic Ramayana.

Amid massive buzz going around Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, a video from the film’s majestic set, which is reportedly made with a whopping budget of Rs 11 crore, has started doing rounds on the internet.
In the exciting clip, what appears to be an ancient under-construction palace-like structure can be seen standing on huge broad pillars on the movie’s shoot location. Additionally, some people, who are working on the film’s sets, are also seen doing their job in the viral footage.

Ranbir’s Rammayana’s Star-studded Cast
Although the makers of the Ramayana movie have still not disclosed the official list of their project’s cast, several unofficial sources have revealed the names of some big faces of the Hindi and South Indian movie industry who are likely to feature in the Ranbir Kapoor starrer.
If gossip is to be believed, the Nithlesh Tiwari directorial will star South Indian diva Sai Pallavi as Goddess Seeta, Gadar star Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, and Veteran Kannada actor Yash in the character of Antognist Ravana.
Additionally, the flick is also expected to feature Arun Grover (Ramananad Sagar’s Ramayana’s Ram) in the role of King Dashrath.
However, as all this information is from unofficial sources and is heavily based on speculations, we will have to wait a bit more to find out the confirmed cast of the Nitesh Tiwari directorial.
