The officials begin the probe and suspect the extremist group Makkal Padai behind the incident. Meanwhile, the government declares Operation Ghost Hunt to track the group leader. The cop Kumaresan who is assigned to look after the case comes to a realization. He is bound to follow the govt instructions which clash with his helping nature. However, on the other hand, Kumaresan also falls in love with a woman. She is the granddaughter of an old woman he once saved from a bear attack. The story of the Tamil drama revolves around the hide-seek between a cop’s moral duties and pressure from the legal system.
