Viduthalai 2 OTT Release Date: Vijay Sethupati’s Tamil film to hit the OTT Screens now on this date

.Viduthalai 2 OTT Release: Vijay Sethuathi starrer Tamil blockbuster film may hit the OTT screens earlier than its scheduled date. The film will premiere now on 17th January on Zee5.

The film was released in theaters on December 20th and clashed with many big films like Pushpa 2 and Baby John. Viewers who missed watching it on the silver screen can now enjoy it on OTT Platforms.

Viduthalai was released on 31 March 2023 in theatres to positive reviews from critics and became a commercial success at the box office.

The star cast of the film features Bhavani Sre, Rajiv Menon, Ilavarasu, and Balaji Sakthivel, among several others

The film is a sequel to Vidhuthalai Part 1. The story of the film follows the life of a constable Kumaresan who is assigned to probe the train derailment accident that left many people dead. The movie continues the story of the struggle against oppression and the complex lives of individuals involved in a conflict.

The officials begin the probe and suspect the extremist group Makkal Padai behind the incident. Meanwhile, the government declares Operation Ghost Hunt to track the group leader.

The cop Kumaresan who is assigned to look after the case comes to a realization. He is bound to follow the govt instructions which clash with his helping nature.

However, on the other hand, Kumaresan also falls in love with a woman. She is the granddaughter of an old woman he once saved from a bear attack.

The story of the Tamil drama revolves around the hide-seek between a cop’s moral duties and pressure from the legal system.

Meanwhile, despite a lot of efforts, the leader of the extremist groups still roams free. This builds pressure on the department.
