New Delhi: It’s already the 21st of January & entire nation is eagerly waiting for the commencement of the monumental Pran Prathishta (consecration) ceremony of Ayodhya’s newly built majestic Ram Temple that is scheduled to be held tomorrow. Meanwhile, just a day ahead of the historical ceremony, an AI-generated version of the iconic Ram Bhajan ‘Ram Aayenge’ has started doing rounds on social media.
The soulful viral Bhajan has been recreated in the melodious voice of late veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar with the help of Artificial intelligence and is garnering heaps of praise from netizens. While some are mesmerized by its melodious tune, others are highlighting how accurately it resembles Laat’s original voice despite being created using AI.

The AI-generated soothing track was originally uploaded by DJ MRA on his YouTube channel from where it was a user Ranvijay Singh shared it on his Twitter (Now X) account. Along with the Bhajan, Ranvijay also dropped a caption that read, “The most appropriate use of AI so far.”

As the Bhajan vent viral, it started attracting significant attention from the netizens who took to the comment section & hailed it as an enchanting masterpiece. One user wrote, “Damn!! My eyes are full of tears and my mind is in complete peace after listening to this song in Lata Ji’s voice. Another said, “Very nice. Would love to hear a version in Lata Ji’s late 70s/early 80s voice. AI models could refer to her Meera and Ram bhajans.” A third individual added, “When incarnation of lord Saraswati welcomes lord Ram most beautiful piece of work by AI.”

For the unaware, the original track’ Ram Aayenge’ has been voiced by acclaimed singer Swati Mishra who sang & shared it on her YouTube channel back in October 2023. The track has ever since gained immense popularity amongst the netizens who are widely sharing it across various social media platforms.
Besides the masses, Swati’s Bhajan’s soothing melody has also received appropriations from Prime Minister Narendra Modi who recently took to his Twitter & shared it with the countrymen with a note that read.”This devotional bhajan of Swati Mishra ji to welcome Shri Ram Lalla is mesmerizing.” Her bhajan was taken as a way of welcoming the inauguration that is set to take place on January 22.”
