New Delhi: Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri’s much-anticipated medical thriller, “The Vaccine War,” is poised for its theatrical debut on September 28, 2023. The film, directed by Agnihotri, aims to provide an authentic account of the development of India’s Covaxin vaccine during the tumultuous COVID-19 crisis. Positioned as India’s maiden bio-science film, “The Vaccine War” is generating considerable buzz as a groundbreaking cinematic venture.
Produced by Pallavi Joshi, Agnihotri’s spouse and fellow actor, the movie is centered around the real-life journey of the creation of Covaxin amid the deadly pandemic.
