New Delhi: Bollywood diva Reha Chakraborty recently paid a visit to the Ram Temple in Dubai to seek the almighty’s blessing on the occasion of the new year.
A video of her praying in the temple is now doing rounds on social media. In the viral video, the 31-year-old actress can be seen climbing the stairs of the temple premises donning a sober white traditional dress (off-wearing plazo and kurta)
Her clip was uploaded on social media by paparazzi viralbhayani, who shared it on his Instagram handle attached with a caption that read, “Bolo Jai Shree Ram” (Hail lord Rama)

Soon after Reha’s temple visit video went viral on the internet, fans took to the comment section and filled it with mixed reactions. While some praised Reha and called her a strong woman, others trolled her by saying that she is in the temple to seek forgiveness for her sins.
One user wrote,”Murderer in Mandir Hey Ram inko naash kardo.” Another said, “Ye kiu waha ki jagah ashubh karne gayi.”A third person added, “god never forgives you. you ruined our Sushant’s life. Bloody criminal.”

Notably, Reha had to file an application requesting Bombay High Court for interim suspension of her lookout circular (LOC ) between December 27th to January 2024 to make her Dubai visit possible. In her application, the actress cited her professional commitments with a pet food company to prove that she needs to travel abroad.
Fortunately for her, the Bombay High Court accepted Reha’s application and allowed her to travel to Dubai by temporarily suspending her LOC. However, she was made to deposit her parents’ passports until she came back to India.

On the work front, Reha was recently featured in the season MTV’s iconic show Roadies 19. Her last appearance on the big screens was back in the year 2021 when she starred in Rumi Jaffery’s Chehre. Besides Reha, the mystery thriller also featured Veteran actor Emran Hashmi & Bollywood’s big b Amitabh Bachchan.
