New Delhi: HBO Max announced a TV series adaptation of Harry Potter and shared a motion poster for the show. The show will feature an entirely new cast and each book will have its own season to make it a 'faithful' adaptation. Author JK Rowling has backed the show and and lauded Max's commitment to preserving the integrity of her books. People are also opposing the show following Rowling's transphobic stand in the past.
