New Delhi: Samantha has shown her flexibility as an actor in Gunasekhar’s Shaakuntalam, after her portrayal as Raji in Family Man 2. Samantha plays the eponymous character in the film, which is based on the renowned play Abhignyana Shakuntalam by the legendary poet-playwright Kalidasa. Given the scope of the picture, it is only natural for the audience to want more.

Magadheera – Aha


In the Telugu movie Magadheera, directed by S.S. Rajamouli, a warrior named Kala Bhairava who dies in battle is reborn as Harsha, a motorbike stuntman, 400 years later. Harsha decides to get revenge on his former self after learning that he was reborn to do so. The movie has exciting action scenes and a gripping plot.

Baahubali franchise –  Disney+Hotstar


The Baahubali franchise, which includes Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion, is perhaps the best-known and most lucrative fantasy movie series to ever come out of India. A young man named Shivudu discovers his background and his actual identity as a contender to the throne of the imaginary country of Mahishmati in the movie directed by S.S. Rajamouli. The movies have a fantastic music, incredible action scenes, and stunning visuals.

Urumi – Zee5


This historical fiction movie in Malayalam is directed by Santosh Sivan and is about a band of warriors who seek vengeance on the Portuguese for killing their relatives. Both the visual effects and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s acting are excellent in the movie.

 Ponniyin Selvan: I  – Prime Video

Ponniyin Selvan: I, a Tamil-language historical dramatic action-adventure movie directed by Mani Ratnam, is centred on the 1955 novel Ponniyin Selvan by Kalki Krishnamurthy. The conflict in the film centres on the Chola monarchy, with a tragic love tale at its centre. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Jayaram, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prabhu, R. Sarathkumar, Vikram Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Rahman, R. Parthiban, and Lal are among the actors who appear in the film.
