The ‘Animal’ fame Ranbir Kapoor is the son of veteran Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh. Both his parents were the renowned actors of the film industry and got married when they were at the peak of their career. Ranbir recalls his childhood days when he used to accompany his father during his shoots. He adds that his father was a really strict and displined man when it comes to work and ethics. Unlike many fathers he would never pamper his kids even if you are the child of a celebrity kid, he will ensure you will be treated like anyone else around.

The ‘Animal’ actor recalls how religious his father was when once he entered the temple with shoes and he was slapped by him. That was the only day when his father raised his hands on him. It was Diwali Puja at the R K studios, and he forgot to take out his slippers.
The ‘Sanju’ actor adds that he always missed being with his father as he saw him doing double triple shifts when Ranbir was a kid. Ranbir says i wish i could be friends with him and could get more time to spend with him. I will always live with this regret. He goes on to say that i respected him but my father was never friendly with me.
Ranbir says i am glad i have a daughter to love. When god takes away something, he also gives something back.
