While Sara Ali Khan looked ethereal in a traditional look, some people were not impressed with her choice. They trolled her by saying that this is Cannes, not an Indian Wedding.

New Delhi: Making her red carpet debut at the 76th edition of the glorious international Cannes Film Festival, Bollywood diva Sara Ali Khan has yet again come under the radar of trolls.

Despite the Kedarnath actress succeeding in turning heads with her astonishing traditional looks in her heavy ivory lehenga, it was her interview with Brut that grabbed her all the unwanted attention of the trolls who later mercilessly criticized her all over social media for the same.

Although the Kedarnath actress succeeded in turning heads on the red carpet as she walked in wearing Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla couture, an interview with Brut India made her a target of the troll army.

During her interview at the Cannes, Sara looked noticeably nervous and it was obvious in her overuse of filler words such as “I Think” and “A Lot.”

When asked about her outfit, Sara who wore a lehenga, said that she is proud of her “Indianess.”
