New Delhi: Ex-Femina Miss India and renowned actress Aditi Arya finally tied the knot with her fiance Jay Kotak, son of Kotak Mahindra Bank’s founder Uday Kotak on Tuesday.
Reports claim that the couple exchanged their wedding vows at close close-curtained destination wedding ceremony held in Udaipur.
Although no official pictures or videos from their marriage were made public by the couple and their respective families, the wedding guests’ pictures as well as social media wishes from the duo’s close friends confirmed their wedding news.
Congratulating Arya, one of her wedding guests wrote, “Spectacular wedding” Another friend said, “Wish you a lifetime of love and happiness ahead. ”

Meanwhile, an Instagram account named Ambani_update dropped pictures of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani chatting and clicking pictures with the groom’s father Uday Kotak with a claim that the same was captured during the wedding ceremony of Jay and Aditi.
Earlier, in May 2023, Jay officially confirmed his engagement roumers with Aditi by openly referring to her as his “fiance” in a congratulatory post.
He wrote, “Aditi, my fiancée, completed her MBA from Yale University today. Immensely proud of you.”

Who is Aditi Arya?

Born in September 1993, Aditi Arya is a well-known model, actress, and research analyst. The actress has represented India at 2015’s Miss World beauty pageant where she won the title of Femina Miss India.
Born and brought up in Chandigarh, Aditi finished her school-level studies at Gurugram’s Amity International School. Following that, she earned her bachelor’s degree from DU’s Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business.
Thereafter, Aditi was hired as an associate analyst at audit firm Ernst and Young where she worked for many months. Other than that, the newlywed model also worked in collaboration with several nonprofit organizations like Protsahan Supported Decision Making and Amitasha.
Amidst all this, Aditi, who never left her studies, also completed her MBA course at the Yale School of Management and received a degree for the same in 2023.

Aditi stepped into the world of films 7 years ago when she made her debut with Puri Jagannath’s Ism in 2016. After Ism, the actress never looked back and went on working in numerous movies and series including the Kannada film Kurukshetra, Siddhant Sachdev’s web series Tantra, and Vikram Bhatt’s Tollywood flick Ninnu Vadili Nenu Polenule.
However, the biggest project of her life was Kabir Biographical Sports Drama ’83’ in which she starred alongside one of the most famous Bollywood actors Ranveer Singh.
The film, based on the life of India’s World Cup-winning captain Kapil Dev, was written and directed by ace Bollywood director Kabir Khan who released it under the banner of Reliance Entertainment & Phantom Films in December 2021.
Meanwhile, Aditi’s groom Jay Kotak is currently in the position of co-head in his dad’s(Uday Kotak) digital bank Kotak 811. He earned his MBA degree from Harvard Business School after completing his BA course in history from Columbia University.
