New Delhi: Punjabi actor turned activist Deep Sidhu died during treatment after the road accident and his girl friend who was sitting next to him is presently undergoing treatment and is out of danger,
Deep Sidhu’s car crashed into a stationary truck while travelling towards Bathinda near Pipli toll at KMP expressway. The incident took place on Tuesday night.
Deep Sidhu was currently out on bail in the Republic Day 2021 violence case in January. He was released on bail in April.
Who is Reena Rai?
It is said that Reena Rai is a US based actress
She was also Sidhu’s co-star from his Punjabi film Rang Panjab (2018).
Deep and Reena had earlier promoted the film together in Chandigarh, among other cities.
She has worked in Punjabi films and lived in Mumabi.
Some of her Instagram post also revealed that she has won the Miss South Asia crown in 2014.
She will now be seen in an upcoming film Desi starring the late actor.
A day before the accident, the couple had shared a romantic post for each other.
