Wicked OTT Release Date: Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande-Butera’s fantasy movie Wicked graced the cinemas in November 2024.
Directed by Jon M. Chu, the film, made on a huge budget of USD 150 million emerged as a massive success at the Box Office, amassing an astonishing USD 650 million (approx) from the ticket windows by the end of its theatrical run. Now, it is also available for watching on OTT where fans can enjoy it from the comfort of their homes.

Plot of the Film
Loosely based on Gregory Maguire’s 1995 novel of the same name, Wicked is the prequel to The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The movie explores the strange bonding between two contrasting girls named Elphaba and Glinda.
Elpha, a strong-headed passionate girl who is often judged for her green skin color crosses paths with Glibda, a pretty lady, at Shiz University where the duo initially engage in a face-off with one another to win over their teachers. However, not much after their rivalry turns into a unique bond of companionship, triggering a series of events that change the women’s lives forever. What happens after this is the remaining story of the web series.
