Will file defamation countersuit if needed, responds Jacqueline Fernandez’s lawyer over Nora’s suit
Jacqueline Fernandez could file a defamation countersuit against Nora Fatehi in connection with the latter's defamation case filed on December 12.
New Delhi: Jacqueline Fernandez could file a defamation countersuit against Nora Fatehi in connection with the latter’s defamation case filed on December 12, according to the lawyer of the actor. Jacqueline’s Lawyer said Nora has made an error to leak the copy of the suit before proceedings, inviting action for the countersuit.
He further said the step taken by Nora was based on false information and some miscommunication.
Notably, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has questioned Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi were in connection with a money laundering case lodged against conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
