AAP has been calling it a politically motivated move and Raghav Chadha, while he was protesting, also compared CM Kejriwal to ‘Lord Krishna’ and called BJP ‘Kansa’. CM Kejriwal has alleged that CBI is being controlled by BJP and they want to arrest him. Talking to the media, he also stated that he will answer all the questions.
Earlier today, some of the party workers protested against CBI summoning the Delhi CM and many of them were detained by Delhi Police at Kashmiri Gate.

CM Kejriwal has been summoned in the liquor policy scam case in which it is alleged that the new excise policy had irregularities and was drafted to favour certain individuals or groups. Delhi government later scraped the new excise policy and brought back the old one.
Former AAP ministers Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain are also in jail for their alleged role in framing and implementing the policy.
