New Delhi: In a major development, Delhi Police has cracked the gory & grisly murder case of girl named Sharadha in the capital.
The 26-year-old girl was murdered by his alleged lover named Aftab and then chopped into as many as 35 pieces.
The grisly murder happened about 6 months ago, leaving the city residents as well as the country shocked beyond belief.
Sharadha’s killer boyfriend was under the radar of Delhi police after it came to light that her body were disposed off in pieces by the accused.
The duo were in a live-in relationship.
According to police findings, accused Aftab killed Sharadha in cold blood and then disposed of her body in pieces to escape getting caught.
According to reports, both Sharadha & Aftab worked as call centre executive & chef respectively in Mumbai. They came to Delhi & started living together when families raised red flag on their relationship.
Sharadha’s family got suspicious after she stopped taking their calls and also stopped putting updates on social media. Complaint was lodged with the Delhi police. It was yesterday that the cops nabbed Aftab, who was missing for months after the murder.
He reportedly murdered Sharadha as the latter was persuading him for marriage.
