New Delhi: A day after Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that he doesn’t know Shah Rukh Khan nor is he aware of the movie ‘Pathaan’ now taking to Twitter he said that he has spoken to the megastar.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today said that Shah Rukh Khan dialled him early this morning over “an incident” that occurred at a theatre in the state over the release of his upcoming film.
Bollywood actor Shri @iamsrk called me and we talked today morning at 2 am. He expressed concern about an incident in Guwahati during screening of his film. I assured him that it’s duty of state govt to maintain law & order. We’ll enquire and ensure no such untoward incidents.

When he was told that SRK is a Bollywood superstar, he said Assam people must concentrate on Assamese films, and not Bollywood.
