New Delhi: Anand Mahindra gave a witty reply to a Twitter user asking about his qualification. Previously too, Mr Mahindra has made it to the news with his tweets and witty one-liners he posts. The incident took place on Monday and the billionaire’s tweet went viral on social media.
A Twitter user Abhishek Dubey shared a picture of a girl studying alone in a mountainous region of Himachal. Mr Mahindra was tagged in the post and he also replied to it. He, appreciating the girl, posted “Beautiful photograph, Abhishek. She is my #MondayMotivation.” Like many other tweets by the billionaire, this tweet about his ‘Monday Motivation’ also quickly went viral and netizens started talking about it.

Among many replies to the tweet, one was by a user Vaibhav SD who put up a question for Mr Mahindra. “Sir may I know your qualification?” asked the user. To this, Mr Mahindra replied, “Frankly, at my age, the only qualification of any merit is experience…” Anand Mahindra’s reply won many hearts and people applauded for his ‘sweeping reply’.

The post also started a conversation regarding educational qualifications and experience. Most people were in agreement that being an industrialist, the experience matters in business. People also posted their replies to the question posed by Vaibhav SD. A Twitter user asked for Vaibhav SD’s qualification to which Vaibhav replied by naming the three degrees he holds. A user told Vaibhav to Google it instead and another one told that Anand Mahindra studied at Harvard Business School.
The viral tweet received more than 5,000 likes and around 300 retweets. Mr Mahindra, who is active on his Twitter handle, shared a post on June 28 expressing his gratitude for the works of PV Narasimha Rao for his contributions to the Indian economy.
