‘Ask Me Anything’ is a popular drive by Delhi Police, earning wide appreciation and praise from various quarters since its launch. The LIVE Q&A campaign informs people about need and importance of various issues pertaining to public and also encourages them to enquire about queries online.

New Delhi: With growing penetration of social media, the Delhi Police has stepped up its campaign to build better connect with people via multiple applications including Twitter, Facebook & Instagram. By tapping into latest social media trends, the ‘Dil ki police’ is doing its bid to make its punchline a reality.

‘Ask Me Anything’ is a popular drive by Delhi Police, earning wide appreciation and praise from various quarters since its launch. The LIVE Q&A campaign informs people about need and importance of various issues pertaining to public and also encourages them to enquire about queries online.

Led by Rajneesh Gupta, Additional CP, Special Branch, this edition of Q&A session will be held on Friday (April 8) at 12 PM – 12.45 PM.

It will be a Twitter Live Interaction where people can directly pose their questions to the topmost officer and inform themselves about 3 specific topics – Police Clearance certificate, Passport verification & Character verification. Additional CP Rajneesh Gupta will be responding to your queries on all kinds of police verification.

The Delhi Police Twitter handle has also encouraged netizens to post their questions, in advance, by tagging Delhi Police & posting their queries under #PoliceVerification.

In recent times, the Delhi Police has stepped up its drive on social media to build connect with people. Be it memes or viral clips of Bollywood movies to Instagram reels, the young social media team of Delhi Police is harnessing all tools to spread awareness about cyber, financial crimes and also informing public about citizen-centric initiatives.

‘Live Twitter Sessions’, ‘Kissa Khakhi ka’ and ‘Bravehearts of Delhi Police’ are other popular social media initiatives of Delhi Police. It has also stepped up the initiative to tackle fake news on social media networks.
