Ayodhya: Ram Mandir’s latest pics go viral ahead of inauguration

New Delhi: Ahead of the inauguration of Ram Mandir in early 2024, two new photos of the construction site are now going viral on the internet. The new photos were shared by Chmapat Rai, the vice president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, on Twitter. Both photos seemed to be clicked in the evening in Ayodhya.

Share the photos, Champat Rai wrote in the caption, ”The construction of a temple for God Ramlala is gradually heading towards completion.”

Earlier on August 20, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra took to Twitter to share four photos from the construction site. In the photos, big marble blocks and a construction crane, involved in the construction, can be seen.

Sharing the photos the Teerth Kshetra wrote, ”Some pictures from construction activity at the site of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya ji,”

Ram Mandir construction details

After its completion, the Ram temple will be 360 feet long, 235 feet wide and 161 high. Notably, this is going to be the third largest Hindu shrine in the world. At present, the Pashupatinath temple in Nepal and Angkor Wat in Cambodia hold the first position and second position, respectively.

The official date of the temple construction, announced by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is 2023. However, the treasurer of Ram Janmabhoomi Trust, Govinddev Giriji Maharaj told a media channel this year in May that Lord Ramallah will be installed in a new sanctum sanctorum in February 2024.
