Bhopal Horror! Nursery student raped by school bus driver, accused and woman attendant arrested

New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a nursery student has been allegedly by school bus driver inside the vehicle in Bhopal, police said.

According to the child’s parents the incident took place inside the bus in the presence of  woman attendant. The incident is said to have taken place last Thursday when the girl was returning home.

The accused along with the woman attendant have been arrested.

However, the school Principal  could not be contacted for response in the matter.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered under Indian Penal Code Section 376-AB and relevant provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

What MP Home Minister said:

When asked if the school management tried to cover up the incident, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said the role of school administration will be investigated and action will be taken accordingly.`

How this incident came to limelight

The Official said, when the little girl returned home, her mother found out that someone has changed her daughter’s clothes with the spare set kept in her bag, the official said.

After which the girl’s mother enquired about it from her daughter’s class teacher and also the school principal, but both of them denied about changing the child’s clothes.

Later, the girl complained of pain in her private parts after which her parents took her into their confidence following which she informed them about what the bus driver has done and also said that the driver abused her and also changed her clothes.

A day after the incident, the parents reached the school and complained to the authorities about the incident. Also, the child identified the driver.
