Bhumi pujan of ABVP’s National Executive Council held in Pune

Representatives from all over the country will discuss education-related and contemporary social issues in the NEC meeting.

New Delhi: Bhumi Pujan of ABVP’s National Executive Council meeting in Pune completed in the presence of Former Union Minister Prakash Javadekar.

Representatives from all over the country will discuss education-related and contemporary social issues in the NEC meeting.

National Executive council meeting of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad will be organized from May 25 to 28 at ‘Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha’ in Pune, for which the Bhoomi Pujan of the meeting premises was completed today. In this meeting, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad will decide its future action plan and there will be discussions on educational and contemporary issues.

ABVP's National Executive Council

ABVP National Executive Council meeting was earlier held in Pune 18 years back in 2006. 472 representatives from different states across India will participate in the meeting to be held this year. Social and educational issues will be discussed through various sessions in the meeting and an action plan will be made for the coming year. Bhoomipujan of the venue was completed today for National Executive Council, in which former Union Minister Prakash Javadekar was present.

National Secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Ankita Pawar said, “This NEC meeting of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad is very important keeping in mind the contemporary needs of the education sector. At present, monumental changes are being made in the education sector on a large scale. With the implementation of the National Education Policy, a new innovative initiative has started in the Indian education sector. All these aspects will be discussed in this meeting of ABVP.”
