BJP’s Gaurav Bhatia & AAP’s Saurabh Bhardwaj spar during ‘reality check’ of Delhi schools, share spat Videos

AAP MLA while tweeting the video said that BJP spokesperson ‘ran away’ before inspecting the school premises while Gaurav posted a video from outside the school, where he kept counting the ‘failures’ of Kejriwal govt.

New Delhi: While Delhi government and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) hurl allegations & counter-allegations at each other over condition of city schools, their two leaders Saurabh Bharadwaj and Guarav Bhatia sparred on streets over the issue.

Post the verbal fight, both leaders took to Twitter and shared their version of the public brawl that took place on the streets.

In the videos, Gaurav & Saurabh could be seen engaging in war of words over Delhi schools while their supporters raised slogans in background.

Gaurav Bhatia had gone to a school to do a reality check of the schools and also to ‘expose’ the tall claims by AAP government. He reportedly went there on the invite of AAP MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj. However, inspite of fact-finding & assessment of school infrastructure, they sparred on streets and the same was recorded on camera.

The Aam Aadmi Party, in its manifesto, had promised to build 500 schools in the city after forming government. However, it failed to live up to the promise. It is this issue that BJP has made its rallying point against the AAP dispensation and is continuously cornering Kejriwal govt.

BJP spokesperson in an earlier presser claimed that AAP govt is befooling the public by making false promises. He said that it promised Rs 500 new schools but now has been adding new rooms to existing schools and declaring it as new school.

The BJP and AAP have been in fighting mode after the CBI raids on Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia’s office over corruption allegations in liquor policy. This escalated into BJP-AAP fight after the saffron party added another charge of ‘school scam’ to the list.
