BoycottTV9 trends on Twitter after anchor asks actor Vishwak Sen to get out of studio

New Delhi: Netizens on Twitter started demanding to boycott TV new channel, ‘TV9Telugu’, and its anchor Devi Nagavalli after she asked actor Vishwak Sen to get out of her show. On May 6, hashtags such as #BoycottTV9, #BanTV9Telugu, #BANAnchorDevi and #bandevinagavalli is trending. Among the hashtags, #WeSupportVishwaksen also became a trend on Friday evening.

The clip is going viral on the social media platform. Reportedly, the anchor called the actor a depressed and crazy person. However, the actor defended himself saying it is a personal attack.

He also said, ”You don’t have any right to attack me personally. So, you better mind your tongue and not call me the depressed person. You understand.”
