
New Delhi: Delhi Police Special Cell arrested fugitive Deepak Boxer from Mexico with the help of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He was the part of Gogi gang who took the responsibility of killing a businessman Amit Gupta.
This is for the first time when Delhi Police Secial cell has made an arrest out of the Country.
According to reports, Deepak Boxer whill be brought back to India in one of two days. He is one of the most wanted gangster who escaped from the country using fake passport.

Police suspect that Deepak Boxer flew from India to Mexico in December 2022 or January. Also, Police was able to nab him after the sleuths retrieved a passport, with Deepak Boxer’s photograph on it but the name on the passport was different.
The fake passport was issued on January 29 under the name of Ravi Antil from Moradabad. Police said that the passport holder took flight from Kolkata.

Deepak Boxer had been on the lookout for a Delhi’s builder-Amit Gupta from Delhi’s Civil Lines area.
In September 2022, he took to Facebook to claim the responsibility for the builder’s murder.
Unknown assailants had shot Amit Gupta several times by in the Burari area of Delhi on August 2022. He died while recieving treatment.
Gangster Deepak was absconding since then. He had also revealed the motive behind the murder saying that it was not for extortion, but revenge.
In his Facebook post he had also claimed that the builder was associated withTillu Tajpuria gang.
