According to the information provided by the LG, the office said that the Arvind Kejriwal government “grossly violated the CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) guidelines and General Financial Rules (GFR) in the procurement of 1,000 low floor buses”.

The proposal by Chief secretary Naresh Kumar has been cleared by the Delhi LG and the complaint in this regard has been forwarded to the CBI.

According to the media reports, it is recommended that the DTC should scrap the tender to call for fresh bids without any delay.
