Fatima, daughter of Prayagraj mastermind Javed, refers to India as ‘Lynchistan’

In her Twitter bio, Fatima changed her location to Lynchistan making a crass refence to the motherland and thus raising the hackles of fellow citizens.

New Delhi: Days after arrest of Prayagraj violence mastermind Javed Pump, his daughter Afreen Fatima sparked a major row by describing India as ‘Lynchistan’.

In her Twitter bio, Fatima changed her location to Lynchistan making a crass refence to the motherland and thus raising the hackles of fellow citizens.

Fatima completed her Master’s degree from Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in 2021 and has been a vocal proponent of issues related to Muslims including Hijab row in Karnataka, Bulli Bai App controversy. She is also understood to have participated directly or indirectly in the anti-CAA rights and is a close associate of Sharjeel Imam. In one of videos on Twitter timeline, she also opposes death penalty to terrorist Afzal Guru.

Fatima’s reference to India as Lynchistan has left many netizens offended, however, no complaint have been filed yet against her.

After her house was razed by the Prayagraj administration officials, protests also happened in JNU. Dozens of All India Students’ Association (AISA) took a march inside the campus to protest against Yogi govt and held placards reading ‘stop bulldozing Muslim lives’ and ‘stop state-sponsored terror on Muslims’.

Fatima’s father Javed Pump was identified as the key conspirator & mastermind after riotous mob unleashed mayhem in Prayagraj. He is being investigated by the police for inciting people and plotting stone pelting on the securitymen. After the Friday prayers, a mob burnt motorcyles & cars and also attempt to set ablaze police vehicle, while launching a violent protest against BJP Nupur Sharma’s remarks on Prophet Muhammad.

Days ago, Javed Pump’s house was demolished for illegally construction and several instigating posters & equipments were recovered by the police team.
