New Delhi: An FIR under Arms Act has been registered against the seven people who were arrested on Saturday and Amritpal Singh has been named as the main accused in the FIR. SSP Rural Amritsar, Satinder Singh said six 12-bore weapons have been recovered from them and all weapons are illegal. SSP Rural Amritsar said out of the seven persons arrested, one accused was identified as Harwinder Singh and had a license but he had 139 bullets of 312 bore, which is more than the prescribed limit. On the behest of Amritpal, one Gurpesh gave him these bullets. All these have been recovered. Who are the accused named in this FIR? The accused who have were arrested from near Mehatpur on Saturday has been identified as Ajay Pal, Gurveer Singh, Baljinder Singh, Harwinder Singh, Gurlal Singh, Amandeep & Savrit Singh. Also, the Punjab Police arrested Daljeet Singh Kalsi alias Sarabjeet Singh Kalsi, an alleged advisor and financer of Amritpal Singh.
