
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the RRR team for winning the best original song award for “Naatu Naatu” at Golden Globes 2023.
The history was created by SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ at the 80th Golden Globe Awards on Monday.
RRR’s song ‘Naatu Naatu’ has been composed by music director MM Keeravaani and was penned by Kala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj. As Naatu Naatu wins the best original song award, it also becomes the first Indian track to win a Golden Globe trophy.

Last month, the song from RRR “Naatu Naatu” made it to the 95th Oscars shortlist for Best Original Song by the Academy.

“Naatu Naatu” Hindi version was released as ‘Naacho Naacho’, ‘Naattu Koothu’ in Tamil, in Kannada as ‘Halli Naatu’ and in Malayalam as ‘Karinthol’.
The song’s Hindi version was sung by Rahul Sipligunj and Vishal Mishra.
