“Happy to be a Married Woman”: Gujarat’s Kshama Bindu is finally married to herself [SEE PICS]

“It had to be a hush-hush affair as only 10 of my friends and colleagues attended the ceremony”, Bindu said

New Delhi: The 24-year-old woman from Gujarat named Kshama Bindu who had earlier announced to tie knot with herself in India’s first Sologamy, is finally married to herself.

Now, most people might find the idea of marrying yourself bizarre, but the trend which began in the name of self-love, is growing in various places across the world.

In a recent conversation with the Times of India, Bindu said, “I am very happy to finally be a married woman”.

Earlier, we had reported that Bindu was set to tie knot with herself on June 11, though she decided to prepone her wedding to avoid any sort of controversy or security issues.

“I felt that someone may try to create controversy on the day of the wedding and I didn’t want to spoil my special day. So, I advanced it to Wednesday”, Bindu said.
