New Delhi: The result of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections will be declared today (December 8, Thursday.) The counting of votes started today at 8:00 am. Polling was done for 68 Assembly seats in a single phase on November 12.
Around 75.6 per cent polling percentage was recorded at the end of polling for the Assembly election.
Counting is being held in 68 counting halls in 59 locations across the state. The counting of votes is likely to end by 5:30 pm and the winning party will be declared only after this is completed.
