New Delhi: Four students have been booked for allegedly harassing a female teacher at a school in Meerut. This comes after two videos of the students passing lewd comments at the teacher while she was passing their way went viral on social media platforms.
According to the police, the students including a girl are studying in Radhna Inayatpur village under Kithaur police station area.
Police sources said the 27-year-old teacher in a written complaint alleged that some students of class 12 were harassing her for a long time
Station House Officer (SHO) of Kithaur police station Arvind Mohan Sharma said it is alleged that some students were making objectionable statements against the teacher
The teacher said the limit was crossed when the students said “I love you” and recorded the video of the incident on November 24.
SHO, Arvind Mohan Sharma further said a case was registered against the students, the student’s age is said to be aged around 16.
The students have been identified as Aman, Kaif, Atash and Shagufa.
