“India achieves what was once deemed impossible”: UP CM Yogi in Sambhal

CM Yogi expressed pride in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s growing international stature, noting the global optimism surrounding him.

Sambhal: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath while addressing a gathering in Sambhal on Monday highlighted that what was once deemed impossible in India is now achievable, crediting successful leadership for this transformation.

CM Yogi expressed pride in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s growing international stature, noting the global optimism surrounding him.

He said that while the previous governments failed to respect faith or ensure livelihood, for the people of the state, the double-engine government was guaranteeing both.

Addressing a gathering at the foundation stone laying ceremony of Shri Kalki Dham Temple at Ainchoda Kamboh village in Sambhal, CM Yogi highlighted the country’s rising prosperity under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, saying that what was previously thought to be impossible in India has now become a reality.

“After ending the five-century wait in Ayodhya and inaugurating a magnificent temple for the first time in the United Arab Emirates, the Prime Minister now graces Sambhal district. Over the past decade, we have witnessed the emergence of a new India. In this new era, alongside ensuring the security of every citizen, there is a steadfast commitment to propel the nation towards unprecedented growth and prosperity,” CM Yogi said.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the construction of Kashi Vishwanath Dham in Kashi, the return of Ramlala in Ayodhya Dham, the rejuvenation of Kedarnath and Badrinath, and the establishment of Mahalok in Mahakal reflect the essence of the new India.

“Here, every youth is assured of both livelihood and respect of their faith. This is ‘Modi ki guarantee’,” he said.

During this, the Chief Minister criticized previous governments, remarking, “Past governments played with faith and failed to provide livelihoods. However, under the leadership of the Prime Minister, India’s cultural heritage is gaining global recognition. Every year on June 21, over 200 countries worldwide celebrate International Yoga Day, embracing India’s sage tradition.”

Furthermore, he announced the construction of the Ganga Expressway in Sambhal, stating that during the upcoming Prayagraj Kumbh in 2025, efforts will be made to ensure swift transportation for the people of Western UP to Prayagraj via this expressway.

Rapid infrastructure development has been facilitated under the Prime Minister’s guidance.

“Moradabad airport is also going to be built soon,” he said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier in the day laid the foundation stone for Shri Kalki Dham in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Acharya Pramod Krishnam.

During the occasion, saints of the Shri Kalki Dham presented the proposed form of Kalki Dham temple to PM Modi.

Shri Kalki Dham is being constructed by Shri Kalki Dham Nirman Trust whose chairman is Acharya Pramod Krishnam.

Acharya Pramod Krishnam, Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Avadheshanand Giri Ji Maharaj of Juna Akhara and Swami Kailashanand Brahmachari were present on the occasion.

The programme also witnessed the participation of many saints, religious leaders and other dignitaries.

Later in the day, Prime Minister Modi will launch as many as 14,500 projects across Uttar Pradesh worth more than Rs10 Lakh crore at the fourth groundbreaking ceremony in Lucknow for investment proposals received during the UP Global Investors Summit 2023 (UPGIS 2023) held in February 2023.

The projects relate to sectors like manufacturing, renewable energy, IT and ITeS, food processing, housing and real estate, hospitality and entertainment, and education among others.

According to the Prime Minister’s office, the programme will be attended by about 5,000 participants, including industrialists, representatives of top global and Indian firms, ambassadors and high commissioners and other distinguished guests.
