Is Elvish Yadav evading the law? YouTuber skips police summons citing poor health but seen having ‘good time’ in car (VIDEO)

In an earlier interrogation, Elvish Yadav reportedly told Noida police that the snakes spotted in his music video were arranged by a Bollywood singer Fazilpuria.

New Delhi: Elvish Yadav, the YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 winner, who landed up in soup over alleged links with snake venom suppliers at Delhi-NCR rave parties, has again caught the attention of netizens over his ‘law-evading’ tactics.

Elvish Yadav was summoned by Noida police again on Friday, for interrogation in connection with the snake venom case, however, he refused to appear before the cops citing ill-health.

Notably, the popular YouTuber along with five other people have been booked under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120 A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. While Elvish Yadav is being questioned over alleged involvement in the snake venom racket, others have been detained in the case.

Elvish Yadav’s video raises hackles of netizens

Elvish Yadav today posted his video on Instagram account. However, little did he know that this will put him into direct line of fire over alleged attempt to obfuscate the law.

In the video posted on his account about 7-8 hours ago, the YouTuber could be seen having a good time inside the car, driving around with friends and also humming on a Sidhu Moosewala song.

The YouTuber shared yet another video, about an hour ago, travelling around and also talking about experiences of getting on the wheels of his new Mercedes car. The YouTuber talks about sickness due to changing weather but nowhere he looks ‘frail or incompetent’ enough to face police probe.

This raised the hackles of many netizens as the YouTuber was expected at police station for questioning in the snake venom case. But, inspite of going there & cooperating in police probe, the Bigg Boss winner was seen having a gala time. Many questioned that he found time for recording vlogs but not for police probe.

Elvish named singer Fazilpuria

The YouTuber has been questioned twice in the snake venom case. In an earlier interrogation, Elvish Yadav told Noida police that the snakes spotted in his music video were arranged by a Bollywood singer Fazilpuria.

Noida police have questioned the 26-year-old social media star, twice so far. During previous quizzing, he appeared before the cops with a battery of lawyers.

What is snake venom case

Earlier this month, the revelation of use & supply of snake venom at rave parties in Delhi & NCR took the nation by storm. Elvish Yadav, seen with poisonous snakes in the video drew backlash from left, right & centre and also landed up in legal soup.

Police arrested 5 people in connection with the case and also recovered several snakes from their possession including 5 cobras. About 20 ml of snake venom was also reportedly recovered by the police team. The revelation came via a sting operation conducted by the People for Animals NGO.
