He adds that its quite a brutal to find out. If my wife wouldn’t have find out things like this, i would have still be married.

New Delhi: It might sound strange to many, but a man has decided to take a legal route to sue to the American Multinational Corporation Apple for breaking his marriage. Yes you heard that right. As per the man, his wife came across his watsapp chats with a sex worker which apparently he claimed he deleted but the chat remained on the family’s I-Pad and was discovered by his wife. After confronting her husband about the messages, the husband went into a state of shock and couldn’t convince her. The wife then decided to file divorce.

The man then decided to sue the company claiming that once the messages are deleted from one device, why were they not automatically deleted from the other devices. The estranged husband is now expecting to recover 5 million which is around 53 crores that he will be losing after the divorce gets settled from the court.

The husband also shared his ordeal with one of the Publications and shared that he had been in the marriage for over 20 yrs and would have stayed longer if his wife wouldn’t have come across his chats with the sex worker. He adds that its quite a brutal to find out. If my wife wouldn’t have find out things like this, i would have still be married.

He has also decided to take help from the renowned law firm to look after his case. His lawyer claims that he is under a lot of pressure and stress and didn’t want his marriage to end in this way.

He goes on to say that he has many friends who have been in extra-marital affairs and they are still going strong in their marriage as their wives aren’t aware of their alleged affairs.

Apple issues clarification

Meanwhile Apple has also send a clarification “If both of your devices are signed in to the same iCloud account, the messages would come into each device.”
