New Delhi: Tragedy struck during a festive event in Ayodhya as a 45-year-old man collapsed and passed away while dancing. The incident occurred as he energetically danced to the popular song ‘Khaike Paan Banaras Wala’ and suddenly collapsed. A video capturing the unfortunate incident has since gone viral on social media.
The man, identified as Dilshad, joyfully danced alongside a child while onlookers, including women and youths, watched and laughed. However, suddenly, Dilshad collapsed to the ground, prompting those nearby to rush to his aid. Dilshad’s neighbors were among the first to respond to the emergency, attempting to revive him by splashing water on his face. They promptly transported him to a nearby hospital. However, their efforts proved futile as the medical professionals at the hospital pronounced him dead. The cause of his death is believed to be a heart attack, raising concerns among the community.
The incident occurred in the Patranga police station area, leaving the local residents shocked and grieving.
The unfortunate incident occurred just days before a scheduled wedding procession in Paigammar Nagar Majre Basodhi, under the Rudauli assembly constituency. Before the procession, a ceremony involving an oil ritual was held late on Tuesday night. Dilshad, who resided in the neighborhood, enthusiastically participated in the festivities, with onlookers capturing the moment on video.
Tragically, the doctors at the hospital pronounced him dead upon arrival. The atmosphere of celebration surrounding the upcoming wedding turned into one of mourning and sadness due to this unforeseen incident. The video capturing the heart-wrenching event quickly circulated on social media, leaving many in shock and offering condolences to Dilshad’s family.
