New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the first time reacted after mafia turned politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were killed by shooters on late Saturday night.
Yogi Adityanath said that after this incident- now mafia cannot threaten anyone in Uttar Pradesh.
He also said that in the last six years no riots has taken place and no curfew was imposed.
He also lauded the improved law & order situation in the state under the BJP-led government.
Yogi Adityanath also said that now no mafia or gangster can now threaten any industrialist or people in the state.

UP CM also reminded about the law and order situation in the state before 2017. He said it was bad and the state was infamous for riots.
He said now the state is becoming crisis free from criminals and mafias.
Atiq-Ashraf shot dead
Atiq Ahmed, and his brother Ashraf were shot dead while talking to the press persons in the presence of UP Police. The incident took place in the presence of media persons.
