New Delhi: Tea and samosas make for a great yet economical breakfast and an evening snack in North India. The light and delicious delicacy is savoured by pretty much everyone. However, Twitter was shocked when journalist Farah Khan shared a picture of a huge bill for tea, samosas and water bottle. These huge bills by celebs often invite some hilarious responses on the internet.

Journalist Farah Khan shared a picture of her order and the bill at the Mumbai airport, where she ordered ginger tea, two samosas and a 500 ml water bottle for Rs 490. Though, ‘chai-samosa’ makes for a great snacky combination, paying around Rs 500 for it seems too much. She shared the picture and sarcastically wrote that ‘great days are here.’ The tweet has attracted 1.8 million views with 12K likes and 2881 retweets currently.
In another tweet, Farah shared that she missed her connecting flight and have to wait eight hours to catch the next flight at the Mumbai Airport because Air India’s flight AI912 was delayed.
Dear @airindiain thank you so much for making my day. Today I missed my connecting flight, paid 19 K extra to buy tickets for the next flight, and have to wait 8 hours to catch the next flight at the Mumbai airport all because your flight AI912 was delayed. Brilliant job!

Netizens shared some hilarious comments on the huge bill:
A few days ago I was coming to Kolkata from Bangalore airport, at Bangalore airport I asked the rate of samosas, he told the price of two pieces was ₹250. After that did not ask anything else, I immediately left from there. ?
