In this widely shared video, a German woman is seen working in Indian fields. Juli Sharma is the woman’s name. It has been two years since Juli moved in with her husband, an Indian man, in Jaipur.
This video was posted by Juli to her Instagram account, which goes by the moniker “Namaste Juli.” In this clip, Juli can be seen helping her mother-in-law plant onions in the field. In the film, she can be seen expertly prepping the ground for onion planting in a field while squatting down. The remainder of the video, which was captured by her husband Arjun, shows Julie describing how “mazedaar” it is to assist in the fields.
