New Delhi: On the internet, there is a shocking video going viral that can give you goose bumps. In the video, one can see a little girl’s leg and hands tied and she is lying on the roof of a house in the scorching heat.
The age of the girl is reported to be five. She was left alone on the roof in trouble by her parents.

Delhi police launches probe
After the video went viral and Delhi police got to know about the crime, they launched the probe. Senior officials also made special teams to verify it on the ground.
At first, the incident was believed to occur in Karawal Nagar but the police found that no such incident happened here after its arrival.
After all the possible efforts, Delhi found that the incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Khajuri Khas police station.
At the location, police started quizzing the mother of the child who revealed that she left her daughter in the scorching heat as she wanted to punish her daughter ”only for 5-7 minutes” for not completing her school homework.
Action initiated by police
Finding the punishment very inhumane, many people on social media also demand action against those responsible.
Tweeting the development on the social media platform, Delhi police said, ”After a video of a girl child tied up on the roof of a house surfaced on social media, all possible efforts were made by Delhi Police to ascertain her identity and circumstances. The family of the child has been identified and appropriate action initiated.”
