Pulitzer Prize 2022: Danish Siddiqui, Amit Dave from India wins famed award; Check full list here

The staff of ‘The New York Times’ won the honor for their reports challanging the US military engagements in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria

New Delhi: Pulitzer Prize for the year 2022 in the fields of journalism, books, drama, and accompaniment was finally announced on Monday. The award winners include the names of Indian journalists Adnan Abidi, Sana Irshad Mattoo, and Amit Dave.

News agency Reuters’ late photojournalist Danish Siddiqui has been given this award posthumously. He was killed during the conflict between the Taliban and the Afghan army.

Journalists from Ukraine were awarded a special citation. The jury of journalism’s top honor recognized and honored journalists in the US for coverage of the January 6 Capitol Hill attack, withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the collapse of a surfside condominium in Florida.
