Ram Mandir in Ayodhya: First pictures of Temple’s ‘Garbha Griha’ out, check here

New Delhi: The construction work of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is going on at a swift pace and the grand temple is taking shape with each passing month.

As per information provided by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Khestra Trust, 70% construction work of the ground floor & 40% of the roof work has been completed till date.

First Look Of Garbha Griha

Today, the first pictures of temple’s sanctum sanctorum was released today by the Trust. This is for the first time that Lord Ram devotees can take a glance at the ‘Garbha Griha’ taking shape at the temple.

Champat Rai, the General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra shared the pictures on his Twitter handle, terming it breathtaking & divine.

The temple, being constructed with a shelf life of over 1,000 years will open its doors for devotees from January 14-15 next year, on the occasion of Makar Sakranti.

The ground floor of the temple will be ready for public visit by end of this year, reports said. The idols of Lord Ram & other deities will also be installed at the premises before the end of this year.

In fact, the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra are working on a timeline to complete the construction of first floor of temple by this year and open the doors of temple for public, from January 1, 2024.
