Parts of Gujarat, West Bengal and Maharashtra also witnessed violent incidents after the Ram Navami processions. West Bengal’s Howrah saw one of the biggest clashes and has invited a political discourse between BJP and TMC in the state. While BJP blames CM Mamata Banerjee for not controlling the law and order in the state, she alleges BJP’s ‘miscreants’ of taking part in the violence. After Howrah, parts of West Bengal witnessed fresh incidents of stone pelting today.
