Tiger being released in Sunderbans forest creates buzz on internet; reminds netizens the ‘Life of Pi’ climax

A few seconds after the start of the viral video, the tiger jumps into the water from the boat without even looking back.

New Delhi: The Internet is full of surprising videos and every day we find new videos and photos that go viral on social media. Among the many viral videos, we found a video featuring a tiger very interesting. In the video, one can see a tiger jumping into the river from a boat.

The reason behind the video going viral is that the way the tiger jumped into the river reminded many people of the movie, ”Life Of Pie”.

The man behind the camera recorded the video from a boat at Sundarbans. A few seconds after the start of the video, the tiger jumps into the water from the boat without even looking back. It was reportedly the tiger was released in the Sundarbans Reserve Forest (SRF). It lies on the delta of the Ganges, Brahmaputra, and Meghna rivers on the Bay of Bengal.

Seeing the video, a Twitter wrote, ”It seems Life of Pi last tiger scene was inspired from this video…tiger didn’t look back…he entered into his world.”

Another user said, ”Reminds me of Life of Pi! Richard Parker never looked back.”

‘Life of Pi’ is a film released in 2012. It stars Suraj Sharma in the lead role.

IFS Parveen Kaswan shared the video of a tiger on the morning of April 17. Kaswan is an animal lover. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institue of Science, Bangalore. Notably, he has completed his PGD in Forestry. He is also followed by over 373 lakh people on Twitter.

Sharing the video, the IFS officer wrote, ”That tiger sized jump though. Old video of rescue & release of tiger from Sundarbans.”

The video has so far received over 98 lakh views and 5,000 likes.
