New Delhi: Days after the sensational murder of lawyer Umesh Pal in Uttar Pradesh in daylight, a witness in a murder case, a bulldozer arrived to demolish the properties of the accused, who are missing.

According to reports, at the time when bulldozers arrived, Atiq Ahmed’s wife and son were also present inside the bungalow.

Also, Sources said during the search operation inside the bungalow, the police also found arms and ammunition.

The accused are also close aides of gangster Atiq Ahmed.

Lawyer Umesh Pal a witness to the 2005 killing of a politician was killed in a shootout outside his home in Prayagraj on Friday. In the shootout, his security guard was also killed.

According to police, the killing of Umesh Pal was planned by Atiq Ahmed, gangster-turned-politician and former Samajwadi Party leader.

In the killing of Umesh Pal, Atiq Ahmed, his son Asad Ahmed and his wife and BSP leader Shaista Parveen, were named in the FIR on the killing.

On Monday, one of the accused was allegedly killed in an encounter with the police.
