New Delhi: Today, February 1, 2023, at 11 am, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman began delivering her fifth budget. Soon after, memes were quickly shared online to commemorate the important day. Twitter users flooded the microblogging service with vintage memes as they crossed their fingers for what the budget session would hold for the various sectors.

Not only did it feature memes uploaded by internet users, but it also has live updates from the Parliament, including details like how Nirmala Sitharaman carried her smartphone to the session while wearing an elegant red sari, her meeting with President Murmu, and the budget presentation.
