New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) announced the results of the 10th and 12th classes on Sunday, April 20th, 2024.
In the results, Prachi Nigam, hailing from UP’s Sitapur district, emerged as the topper of the 10th class, triggering a wave of joy & celebration amongst her teachers, friends, and family.
Even on the internet, Nigam was happily lauded by many social media users who not only hailed her for her monumental achievement but also looked up to her as an epitome of hard work, dedication, and passion.
However, along with the positive comments, the Sitapur-based UP board topper also faced heat from a particular section of SM users who trolled her with insensitive remarks.

Soon Prachi started garnering limelight on social media for her 10th Board triumph, a number of thoughtless users took to the comment section & roasted her by making fun of her facial hair.
While some users made fun of the young student by calling her a boy, others joined them by cracking various immature jokes about her appearance.

Meanwhile, several netizens also jumped in Prachi’s support and schooled her trolls for making disgusting remarks about the young girl.
They asserted that instead of judging her over her looks, one should praise & appreciate her for what she has achieved in her life.
“She might be having PCOS issues. Go and read the symptoms guys. Apart from all the stress and all. She has done very well. You all are just ashamed of society. That judging her by her face. Girl, you did an outstanding performance. They don’t have the frequency to match your rap.” penned one user hitting back at the trolls. ”

Prachi stood out from the rest & topped her high school final exams (10th) by scoring a whopping 591/600 marks with a remarkable 98.50 percentage.
On the other hand, Shubahm Verma, also hailing from Sitapur also shined as the Class 12th (Intermediate) topper in the UPMSP’s exams. He scored 498 marks off 500 with an impressive percentage of 97.80.
