New Delhi: A Delhi Traffic Police constable has been suspended after a video went viral, showing him imposing an unreceipted fine of ₹5,000 on a South Korean man for a traffic rule violation. The incident came to light when the constable, identified as Mahesh Chand, was captured on the dashboard camera of the man’s car accepting the cash without issuing any receipt.
