In the video, the monkey not only can be seen walking on two legs very well but also excellently performed parkour stunts.
At the beginning of the video, the person behind the camera recorded the monkey while walking on a brig. Soon after, the monkey jumped onto the safety wall. On the wall, he runs away doing parkour.

So far, it is not known the location of the video. Seeing the background, we can say it is not recorded in India.
