New Delhi: The Abu Dhabi T10 league, season seven, has only two more days of league-stage action left, but there is still no official entry into the playoffs.
New York Strikers and Morrisville Samp Army are current favourites to qualify, with Deccan Gladiators and Delhi Bulls following them up close.
Day 8, of the season, however, saw the first elimination of the tournament in the form of Team Abu Dhabi, who are currently at the bottom of the points table with 6 losses in 6 matches.

Day 9, of the season can see at least two teams confirming their place in the final four, with all the top 4 teams, scheduled to be in action.

Day eight of the Abu Dhabi T10 league saw three matches being played as per their regular schedule.
Morrisville Samp Army, who haven’t looked back since their first match loss, extended their winning streak to 4 matches, in the first match of the day.
Samp Army, with the help of exceptional efforts from their bowling side led by Salman Irshad (3 wickets), Qais Ahmad (3 wickets) and Karim Jannat (2 wickets), and also with the help of Andries Gous (42) exceptional batting performance, defeated the Bangla Tigers with 6 wickets and 10 balls to spare.

In the second match of the, Deccan Gladiators’ opener Kohler-Cadmore (69*), continued his red-hot form to take his team home against the Northern Warriors, by chasing down the 101 runs target in 6.1 overs with eight wickets to spare.

In the third and final match of the day, New York strikers continued their dominant run, by beating the struggling Team Abu Dhabi by 24 runs, to go to the top of the points table.
Strikers opener, Rahmanullah Gurbaz (41) was given the man of the match award for his fiery innings.
